OBJECTIVES:At the completion of this program the participants will be able to: 

1.    Assess and identify the leadership style category in which they feel the most comfortable, and how to capitalize on that style.

2.    Become skilled at blending leadership/management styles to produce positive outcomes for themselves and their employees.

3.    Develop an action plan with set goals for improving leadership/management skills.

4.    Develop a leadership training program for employees.  

This 1½-hour session will utilize lecture, facilitated group discussion, humor, personal action planning, and a PowerPoint presentation.
